Privacy Policy

We collect account details such as name and email; authentication and security information such as session, IP address, and device information; purchases and subscription status; practice answers, transcripts, scores, history, and progress; support messages; and basic service analytics. Lurnelo currently evaluates speaking from the browser-generated transcript and does not intentionally upload or retain raw microphone audio unless a feature clearly tells you otherwise before recording.

We use personal information to provide and secure accounts, deliver practice and AI feedback, process subscriptions, remember progress, answer support requests, prevent abuse, improve reliability, meet accounting and legal duties, and communicate important service information. Marketing messages require separate consent where required.

We use carefully selected providers for hosting and database services, authentication, payments, email, analytics, and AI processing. Stripe processes payment information directly; Lurnelo does not store full card numbers. Practice text and transcripts sent for AI feedback may be processed by configured AI providers outside your province or country and may therefore be subject to foreign laws.

Your browser asks for permission before microphone access. You can deny or revoke that permission in browser settings. Before submitting writing or speaking content for AI feedback, avoid including sensitive personal details that are unnecessary for practice.

We keep account and learning records while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed to provide history, resolve disputes, meet tax/accounting duties, and protect the service. Support and security records may be retained for these purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it where reasonably possible.

We use HTTPS, password hashing, access controls, rate limits, signed payment notifications, limited administrative access, and service monitoring. No internet service can promise absolute security, so use a unique password and report suspicious activity promptly.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions. You can cancel a subscription without deleting your learning history. To make a privacy request, contact us from your account email. We may verify your identity before completing the request.

Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect account actions. Limited analytics help us understand whether pages and features work. We do not sell personal information.

Lurnelo is not directed to children under 13. Users under the age of majority in their province or country should use the service only with appropriate parental or guardian permission.
