Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Lurnelo. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Lurnelo provides independent language-test preparation, practice content, automated feedback, and progress tools. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by Paragon Testing Enterprises. CELPIP and related marks belong to their respective owner.

AI feedback and level estimates may be incomplete or incorrect. They are educational guidance, not official test scores, immigration advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of any result. Only an official test provider can issue an official score.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your password private, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account. You must be at least 18 or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Plan features, prices, billing intervals, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal and retain paid access until the end of the current billing period. Usage allowances reset as stated on the billing page and unused allowances do not roll over.

Your first Pro payment may qualify for a refund only if requested within 7 days and before your account completes 4 full mock exams or generates an eighth AI test. Renewal payments are normally non-refundable. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the complete conditions and legally required exceptions.

You may use Lurnelo for your personal study. You may not scrape, resell, redistribute, copy in bulk, reverse engineer, automate account creation, evade usage limits, abuse third-party AI services, or use the service unlawfully. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

We work to keep Lurnelo available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue features when needed for security, quality, legal compliance, or service reliability. Material subscription changes will be communicated reasonably in advance where practical.

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, nonpayment, security threats, abuse, unlawful conduct, or serious violations of these terms. You may stop using Lurnelo and cancel your subscription at any time.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lurnelo is provided “as is” without guarantees of exam, immigration, employment, or educational outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to Lurnelo in the 12 months before the claim.
